Sole Treadmill Roller Bearings.

Fits All Sole Models Except : ST90.

Level Of Difficulty To Replace This Bearing is 8 out of 10

Do not use a metal hammer to beat out the rod, one strike will permanently damage the edges and these bearing will not slide past. We strongly suggest you attempt to do this if you own a bearing puller, or if you know a guy that knows a guy that knows a girl that owns one.

Roller bearings

The bearing number on this bearing is 6203RS I bought 4 of these for my 2020 series F80 treadmill. The front and rear rollers use this bearing.

Roller bearings replaced on a sole 80 treadmill

Great price on bearings fast delivery saved a lot of money replacing them instead of buying complete rollers but they was difficult to replace

Yes they will fit.
Just an FYI, unless if you have special bearing pulling tools, the level of difficulty in replacing these is an 8 out of 10.

Q: i have a sole 80 treadmill ser 5808161710026663 i need roller bearings for front and rear roller are these bearings the correct ones

A: Hi Bruce, we already spoke on the phone but I am only answering this for others.
Yes this bearing will work on any Sole Treadmill manufactured up to this day (01/02/24) with the exception of F60's and ST90's.

Q: I don't see these bearing list in the parts breakdown. I assume that I will need two per roller. Also, when I get the rear roller years ago, Sole sent incredible instructions on disassembly and assembly. Do they still do this?

A: Each roller takes 2 bearings. We actually don't recommend replacing the bearings due its level of difficulty. We provide these mostly for technicians who are comfortable in doing the procedure. We did not crate instructions on replacing the bearings.

Q: I’m looking for treadmill roller bearings that fit my F60 2020 model treadmill. This item is listed under F60 parts but the description says it doesn’t fit F60 treadmills. Do you have any bearings that are compatible with the F60?
