No it is included. Matter of fact the sensors are in the strap.

Hi I am not that familiar with the Pro Solid brand (Assuming you own an S55 Pro Solid Treadmill). But from what I know they do not have Blue tooth technology. I am 90% sure it will receive an Antenna signal.
