Q: What is the width on part number SOL0567? I just received a belt and I believe the wrong size was shipped.

Q: I want to make sure this works for my Sole f65 treadmill. My serial is 5658182004001928. The date code is 2020.q2 which I would assume means the year but didn't want to spend a lot for it not to work.

A: Its 560mm. I pulled your order and you received a 510mm. We reshipped the correct belt and I emailed you a return label for the wrong one. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by our mistake.
