The screen said "Motor Error" so we ordered this part and now it's fixed and works great. I just had to find a video to show how to do it, which was easy.

The resistance started being backward (started at hardest, and as I selected more resistance, it actually became easier). Then it simply gave an error any time I changed the resistance. I replaced this part, and the unit is back to normal. Worked well.
