Tension knob

This is the 2nd time we needed to order a tension knob for an excessive bike that is lightly used. If you consider that the bike came with one, then this is our third one. All we do is turn the tension infrequently so not sure why they break so easily.

I have been waiting to replace the tension knob for the second time. I’ve barely been able to use the bike because of issues with the tension knob. Very disappointing product and little to no help from Sole.
