Sole F63 Treadmill Deck (2018 - 2020)

Question

Q: My 2018 F63 treadmill walking board is damaged and you do not have any replacement boards in stock. I have been waiting for over a month for a new board. You sent me an email a week ago and said they were in, so I ordered and paid. Less than 2 days you sent me another email saying my order was cancelled and returned my payment without saying why you cancelled my order. You also put me back on the waiting list. We are older adults and need the treadmill to maintain our health. We paid a lot for this treadmill and don’t understand why you don’t support your products and either want a new board in a reasonable time or a complete reimbursement for the cost of the treadmill which you seem to not want to support.

Mr Batkins, your wife was unable to use our website. She claimed it was too complicated to use. Instead of placing an order in time, she took the time to give us a 1 star rating on Google. Finally when your order came in, the new stock ran out. We are a 3rd party company tasked to sell parts for Sole. We are only tasked to sell what Sole is willing to sell us at any given time. We don't make these Treadmills nor decide how many decks to import. Sole customer service number is 800-258-8511. Have a wonderful holiday.
