Exactly what I needed
Purchased this to repair a Fish Eye Bearing that wore out on my 2019 E25 elliptical. Worked perfectly, bought a second as a spare in case the other bearing gives out.

does the Sole Elliptical Rod End Fish Eye Bearing come with the sleeve and bearing attached to the rod end as shown in picture?

It comes exactly as shown in that picture and that picture shows it without a sleeve.
