Returns are FREE from anywhere in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sole Parts, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund (Including shipping) within 35 days of purchase. Items indicated as "clearance items" are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns. Returns must be undamaged with the original labels and packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Expedited shipping costs such as "overnight or 2nd day air shipping" will be refunded at the regular ground rate.
How to return an item
1. Send An email to [email protected] - In the subject line, enter - Invoice #[your invoice number] Return Label Request. In the email body, please let us know the reason of your return. We ask for this info to help us improve our service and product line. Your return will not be rejected if you choose to not disclose the reason of your return.

3. Take your shipment to either USPS or the UPS store.

How to initiate an exchange
1. Send An email to firstname.lastname@example.org In the subject line, enter - Invoice #[your invoice number] Exchange Request.
2. We will email you back with a new order number and a return label for the wrong item.
